Does StyleGuide AI replace my stylists?
No. It serves clients who are already doing their hair at home and routes anything beyond safe DIY back to your salon.
Can the AI see my client's hair?
Yes, if the client turns on their camera during the live call. Still photos are described by AI in cautious cosmetic terms — no diagnoses, formulas or timing — and the assistant only mentions what the camera note says.
Will it give color formulas or chemical instructions?
No. Chemical-service guidance is safety-gated: the app defers to manufacturer instructions and escalates corrections, bleach and anything uncertain to your team.
Is billing live?
Not yet. Prices shown are launch proposals; checkout, customer billing and minute metering are not connected. The live demo is a free ~60-second sandbox.
Who sets member prices?
